Have been signed with them for over a year.
One Call, flat tire.
Paid within the week, by check.
Don't expect high call volume, but always good to be on another list.

It depends. I assume that you have a contracted rate....

I'll also assume that their rate is some amount less than your retail rate.

What use is being on a list to be called once a year to make less than retail? What happens when that call comes in at 1 am when your retail rate would have been +40% ?

I don't mind being on lists, but if they only call 3 times a year they need to pay my rate according to time of day, weather conditions etc.

MC's are really getting on my nerves. This morning I towed an F-150 for $35, then did a tire change on a Toyota for $49.50. Both local jobs, 2 different MC's. I wish there were a way to tell that first MC to not call unless the tow was going to be over 20 miles. (I know, I know I was the one that took the call).

I was called at 2:15pm, on a nice mild afternoon, drove less than three miles. Got paid $45.00.
I think it was worth it... In this instance.

I agree, "in that instance".

Hey, I was the guy that used to get out of bed at 2 am to run a $25 service call. Emphasis on "used to". What finally pushed me over the edge was that easily half of the late night calls would GOA or cancel.

quest is a really good company, highly recomended, they cover up to $75 dollars and the rest is out of the customers pocket..  not too many calls thou
i just signed up, saw the flat rates section easily in the sign up process. thanks for the bite!
We signed with them. Not a lot of volume.  Generally 5-6 calls a week.  But they pay every week, so that's a plus.
YAY!!! got my first check from quest thursday i think...id love if they gave me 5 or 6 a week, more ofcourse, but hey...i asked them what their main deal was and they said auto owners insurance company is their biggest, and they recently had a deal to add 3 states, and were expectting 100 calls for all 3 combined, but they got hit with 100 per state (for a month) with one company they do. anyway, the people ive talked with were very nice, hope to do more business with them.
One of the insurance companies they work with is Safe Auto and they're pretty big in the Atlanta area.
i have been dealing with them for about 3 months now..and every happy with them. fast pay within 48 hrs of billing..
