Just some info about Asurion. I don't know if you ever dealt with ERS. If you had you know they went bankrupt and many towers got stiffed. Well, ERS is now Asurion. Their customers are cell phones users and Asurion will never pay over 50.00 for any tow or service. Getting 50.00 out of them is pretty hard. You can bill it but they usually only give you 25.00 or less. I quit towing for them for lack of payment and shorting my checks when they did send them.

Actually, Asurion never was ERS. They used to be called Road Rescue/Merrimac. They didn't go bankrupt, they were sold to the founders of Asurion. They were orignally based out of Texas. The reason you weren't paid is because you have set rates with them, and have to bide by them. If you go over your towing limit/milage, you have 24 hours to call them back with any changes in the Purchase Order number (1-800-525-8695 is vendor relations). If you don't, and you bill them improperly, they will not pay you. That is why you should change your rates if they are incorrect.

-Thank you.

Wow i bet this guy is the poster boy for asurion. or he invetsed his whole life savings into their stock and is trying  to defend a bum company and even if they do pay they take for ever. when thye call us along with allstate we tell them to eat and live with the pigeons because they are both dead beats i would rather take a coach net, auto help line or a usac before one of them other bums :hardrock:  :hardrock: if i come across a all state rep oh he had better watch out they owe me over 700 and still try to get out of paying it  :ko:  :ko:  :happydance: after a beating i would feel much better
Oh, because beating a rep would make sense, and mature. Get a life.
I bill Asurion online and am paid within 7 days or so. They confirm your rate at every dispatch, and also inform you that if any changes need to be made, you need to call them within 24 hours. It's not their fault if the providor does not pay attention to the dispatcher (just give me the info and we'll bill you..)
Rbge your a lame and i bet you have been brown nosing your way through life and being bent over by motor clubs for years. i bet you no long need to push when you use the rest room. well the next time asurion and which other motor club you cheerlead for come to give you the turn around don't you forget to ask for a reach around now you have a nice day  :rasp:  :rasp:
I actually work for Asurion, so..
Lol it figures of course your going to do a cheer for them you have no choice.  one out of 10 contractors would say they like your company and the rest well we already know how they feel about asurion roadside. well tell you vp and president happy hunting for contractors.  :thumb:
My 'VP and president' don't hunt for contractors. That's what Vendor relations is for. I'm sorry uo feel this way about our campanies procedures and policies, but we do have to bide by certain rules, just like your comapny does. It's not their fault you're not willing to negotiate rates.

Thanks.
