if any of you vendors work with ccas and are having any trouble with there all new number p.o.'s please give me some info.
what i am dealing with is slow response to get information on a call i.e. fax taking forever to come in, no goa's or po number not being posted over argosi website while head office shows record of it, we had to get company credit card to get paid and i know most of theese motor clubs are like this but we dont have any problems with there old style letter/number po's
just let me know what you out there are doing if you are dealing with this problem
I no longer do business with CCAS and have not in 2 years "dances a jig".
I think that CCAS got rid of their IT department. Their website hasn't been updated in forever and I remember they were changing their PO format around when I quit them (2 years ago). Hey when you lowball the whole MC industry the money has to come from somewhere.
Most likely the people in their dispatch centers are having to enter the information for the "new" PO's manually.
The solution? When I was a contractor and a PO did not show up in the dropdown I found that I could often manually enter the PO and information and the system would accept it. This may or may not work for the "new" PO's.
On the upside I still have 5 "trophies" with them. That may work to my advantage should I ever want to do $35 tows or $25 service calls again.
