want something to get me started in repo's in my area. Before I go out and get a big note I want something I can pay cash for to make sure this is what I want to get myself into.
This is what I'm looking for:
Deisel tow repo. truck ( Prefer Ford but I can't be picky )
89- 95
Around $5000 can get a little more.
No major work need
truck have been serviced regularly
I have to be able to stay inside of the truck to load the car.

E-bay motors would be one choice,or check some auctions in your area!
All of the ones I've seen on fleabay. They are $13000 for the 99 ford 450's. I'm thinking cheap and the local auction tow trucks are straight junk.

beware of diesel for snatch and grabs if your running in the witching hour the sound of your motor might give ya away. You can also use other things besides a truck as a repo rig, UDs, Vans, even a motor cycle. best of luck. Anyone have luck running the diesel motor and not being detected? John
