I used to have a small diner out in barstow by the name of the big bopper we had a plate of 24 inch pancakes stack of four and we a gimmick that if you eat them in 30mins the meal was free,well one day i had 10 semi's come in to try and eat our infamous elvis platter well needless to say out of all 10 drivers only one ate the entire stack in less then 15mins!try this at home see how long it'll take to 4x12 pancakes and let me know.one of my other plates were gravy and biscuits my biscuts were weighed in at 1/2lbs each,we had national advertising on every truckers show across the radio waves! 
We're looking at opening up another big bopper cafe here in new mexico,a nostalgic 50's diner!may even come up with an itow burger for towers!
