Now this takes a little while, but worth it!
If you buy the already preparred hashbrowns makes it a little quicker and fry in pan as normal, let one side get a little crispier than normal you'll see why toward the end.
You can cook bacon, ham, sausage, whatever and onions/peppers/mushrooms/tomatos/olive/whatever?
And set aside, mix egg (depending on how many feeding-anywhere between 9-18 eggs) & milk like making your normal omelette or scrambbled eggs and sprinkle cheese & meat and veggies mixture in and stir, when the second side of hasbrowns are close to being done the way you like, pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle more cheese on top of egg and bake until done. Add whatever topping you like on your omelette (sour cream, salsa, ketchup)
Makes for a good anytime meal, and left overs just nuke it and still good.
Left-overs are always good for us Towers, quick and easy if in a hurry.
