Finally decided to sell my truck and find a rollback, there's
alot more here I can do with a rollback and it's a shame to have
this truck sit it works so good for it's age. I've put it on Ebay with
a min reserve of $5000 I figure it's worth that much, the add-on electic hydraulic wheel lift cost $3800.

Listing on Ebay

Well auctions over and I didn't sell the wrecker it only went up to $2500, I wasn't going to sell at a great loss. OH Well :headbang:  :cryin: Anyone know anyone interested in a older wrecker for someone just starting out?

In case anyone wants to see it, here it is with my windstar
on the wheel-lift, I don't have straps on it since I'm just showing wheel-lift works, I'm not moving it. I painted the rims on the dolly
red to match the truck yesterday.

That really is a good looking truck. Keep trying, you'll find someone who needs it.
Really nice looking truck you got there. to bad no one picked it up on ebay  :thud:  :scream:
I had a couple emails wanting it cheaper and I told them $4800 was the lowest I'd go, I mean it didn't come with dollies and I'm including them, put in new clutch, shocks, brakes, parking cables, micro lock system, six new strobes, installed the winch gear box that was missing, made the linkage, has 4 new cooper snow tires, I mean I'm losing money at that price, I only want to sell it to get a rollback and can't have two trucks were I'm living at. :headbang:

Singlehook did you ever sell that truck,if not let me know some more about it,just might be interested. :thumb:  :thumb:
No never sold it. It's a 1978 F350, someome took out the 351 and put in a 352, it runs great and strong, uses no oil doesn't smoke. I put a new clutch in it, new brakes front and rear, new shocks, new parking brake cables. Just put on a rebuilt starter, the winch gear box was missing the the guy I bought it from in Conn had a double winch gear box lying on the floorboard in the cab, so I made brackets and installed it for the single winch, it also has a add-on wheel lift, electric hydraulic and works great. It has the 4 speed trans with 1st being the granny gear. I also bought a set of simple dollies and I just replaced all the wheel bearing, seal and one hub on them. I towed a olds for my son with it last week, I'm working 3rd shift as a armed security officer and don't have time to tow iwth it any more and it's a good relible truck shame for it to sit. Also has new cooper snow tire on the rear. :drivin:
:thumb: i'm still working at getting financed, but you are first to get contacted when i buy a truck.then i'll go to oklahoma city for one more.
Hi,
Can you please send me some more pics of the truck? I am SERIOUSLY looking for a good truck. I have seen some pretty nice ones but yours looks right up my alley, as I'm just starting a new company,  and this looks like it would be great.

Thanks
