I recieved an e-mail from them telling me that they can help with the deposit on nextel phones!does anyone know anything about them and their services?
That's part of the SPAM that you receive from signing up at another towing forum.  :headbang: I don't know much about their service, but I do know that I don't do business with Spammers!  :talktohand:
i think towpartners was originally started by miller industries and has since seperated and gone out on their own.they offer discount programs for services and equipment relating to towing.you can get an 11% discount on your nextel bill for example.discounts from drug testing to computors.they also send out news letter and magazine every quarter with tips on towing and business.for me the sign up was free.they usaully have a good display at the differant tow shows along with their supplier partners.
bill the spam program they send out must be something they started for new members that sign onto another board,i don't know.all i can say check towpartners out on your own and decide if it can be of any value to your business. dave

Jeff goodwin was on the bottom of the e-mail,i replyed back but it got kicked back as undeliverable!

Yea, they might have a great, money saving services, I just HATE spam and question the ethics of a company that uses it.

An invalid return address makes the SPAM illegal. Did it have a link to be removed from their mailing list??

I just came across this post today.  My name is Jeffrey Godwin and I operate the towPartners program.  We are here to save the towing industry money and the thousands of active members in our program saved well over $2,000,000.00 this year and are expected to save over $4,000,000.00 in 2006 from our efforts.  We do not use spam in any of our marketing and I apologize if somehow you received a members communication.  There are alsways clear opt-out instructions on all of our communcations as well and we work diligently to insure we do not fax or e-mail companis who have opted out.  We do some marketing to the industry as a whole but that is to 35,000+ companies through direct mail.  I do have some spam filtering and may have inadvertently bounced a message but I reply to every e-mail I receive to the tune of over 200 per day.  Feel free to contact me at any time at jgodwin@towpartners.com.  I do encourgae everyone to check out our program for themselves.  It may not be for everyone but I know we have a very satisifed member community and continue to find ways to add value to this fine industry.
