OK let me try and explain pretty much of how our dispatch service runs.If you have any questions please let me know. Our corporate office is in fayetteville Nc. Which isn't a problems because alot of the bigger companies operate else where. What we do is provide you with an 800 number in which you forward your busiless line to. From the time you frward you line we answer your call and get the much needed information that you require in order to provide service, from the point that we recieve your call we then contact you vis phone,text message, alpha pager, digital pager, we are in the process of getting hooked up with next tell to direct connect. You are in my calling area and the plan that we are set up on there is no long distance fee that apply. We are a 24/7 live dispatch center, we will beable to provide directions if needed from our mapping program, which you are also asked to mail a copy of your city map. Our fee is 200.00 a month and that is for unlimted messages and calls.
:brows:  :brows: okay that sounds pretty dang good so when i get my company up and running i'll be using your services at that price april you can't beat it i've checked with other answering services and they charge 500+ to use them so you've got me as a customer  for my towing company when i'm open for business which could be very soon by the end of next month. :brows:
I appeciate that, I can tell you first hand after working for an answering service that the reason they charge to much is they reaky don't want to be bothered, it is to much trouble for them so they figure if they over quote them then they won't want to use them. They are a messenger service and realy do not have experience with dispatching, I can not see over gharging in my opion the doctors are a real pain in the ass and the towing companies are cake, please let your other friend in the business know about my service if you would. when ever you get up in running please give me a call and if you have any other questions please let me know.
