Unitrin Insurance Sucks
Unitrin insured my towing comapny for years. I had never made a claim in the ten years that we had them. One day they sent me a letter that stated they would not be renewing my policy with no explination at all.
So much for safety and loyalty!

. It really does suck that they didn't give you a reason. Most insurance can aleast come up with some lame excuse. I know there are alot of good Insurance companies out there. If ya need help finding one let me know I know of one or two.

Thank you, but we found another company easily with our clean loss run report. 
I guess it wasn't an isolated incident since at least one other company that I know of was also dropped by Unitrin. But it's still a terrible way to treat a loyal, long-time customers.
Insurance companies are the first to ask if you are currently insured or have been insured in the past and I assume that, at least in part, they are looking at how long you have been insured and loyal with your previous company, but Unitrin did not show me that in return. 
Oh.. did I mention Unitrin Sucks
We got the same non-renewal letter last August along with a note that due to the nature of towwing business that Unitrin will no longer cover towing operations.
Really! Well... I guess they just dropped all towing companies. Thanks!
