Here is a great story about Farmers' affiliate, Truck Insurance Exchange who tried to deny a claim because, according to them, the accident was not an accident because it was caused by a person who intentionally hit another car.
The insured was an innocent third party who did not know the person who caused the wreck, or the person who was intentionally hit.
By this logic, if anyone intentionly crashes into you, your not covered by your Farmer's policy.
