We do repo`s for different creditors.Here in NB,the RCMP usually are the ones who track down the repo vehicles and are usually present when we pick up these vehicles,so not very often do we run into problems with the owners.
Yes all i do is repossession, towing mmmmm not today collateral recovery now thats me. Stealing someones car in the middle of the night how can you go wrong. The movie gone in 60seconds thats sooo fake, try more like go in 30 seconds. Never found a vehicle i could not relocated from someones residence in less then 30 seconds hook and drag gone before the lights go on.
Ask your self can you tell the differnce between a towing company and a repo company? Yes very easy, you never see repo guys standing around saying wow you should have seen this repo. Now for you towing guys you always talk about your last good recovery.

I think beiveit said it all there is nothing like the look on some ones face when you follow a family of 4 to walmart to buy dipers and milk ...repo there car and as they stand there looking for there car roll buy with it on your snatch and say was this your's 
i dont know if this would qualify as repo's because the people pick thier cars up later,but we do about 200-400 trespass tows in a summer at the beach.trespass tows meaning parking in parking lots after hours,pulling into a parking lot and not paying,blocking driveways,etc
Love repos and impounds....the looks on thier faces are priceless and I have learned new swear words in Mexican. 
then when the sounds of the people yelling die down I know I have done my job and earned a place in thier prayers for my swiftness to be stopped by some law enforcement officer that they don't know I am probably on the phone with reporting the recovery of thier former property. 
I've actualy done both worked for a brief time with a local towing outfit and in the late 80's worked as a accounts adjuster with a regional bank in Martinsburg, WVa. repoed mobile homes, passenger cars & trucks and one flat nosed tractor & trailer down in New Prospect, TN. most my expereince is in the repo field.
were a small company but we get the job done...
we have a snatch unit but seldome use it.. we rather knock on the door and get the keys !!!!
