Hi again! I have another question...We have the license plate number of a car a debtor has been driving. Is there a legitimate database we can subscribe to that can do a reverse license plate search? We have a friend who is a policeman, but he said if he runs the plates and they have a warrant out for their arrest, he would be expected to arrest them. The car is way out of his jurisdiction.
I think knowing the owner of that car could prove to be very helpful.
