Just wondering what the requirments and laws our for washington state for reposession if you do not collect money and do not store the vehicle at your bussiness etc any other laws or info that might be helpful for doing this type of bussiness etc. I have done some repo work but was doing this with my firends and a few carlots a few years back and did not have to collect money had the car lot deal with that issue .
all we did was deliver the vehicles and and notify authority as to who we were and what we were doing and showed them proper paperwork as needed.
am trying to get back into this feild as I enjoy it alot.

Our state does have any special licensing requirements for repossessors, like some other states do. We do however have a peaceful repossession law. And you must have a calculation of deficiency or a copy of a lenders contract that is in default with you during repossession.
