Well... I flew from the cold, rain capitol of Washington State to the fine state of Texas and guess what...... It's friggin' snowing here! and it's cooooold!
On the plus side, the restaurant prices are WAY better than Washington's. We paid $25 for a meal here, that would of been $45-$50 at home.
Another weird thing, every building here is made of brick! Every house, every business, every fence! Very strange; very beautiful, but very strange. That's cause you don't see alot of trees like where your from. And your lucky when I went to Texas it was in August and it was 98 on the cold days and 100 plus any other time. What I didn't like was when driving to San Antonio it was one long straight road and after a few hours you got white line fever real quick. Should have gone further South towards the gulf it would have been good swimming weather there. texas does suck when it comes to towing, sorry but i'm just peed off about houston.

I've talked with alot of tow companies in texas, and they are struggling to stay afloat due to all the towing regulations.one owner i talked to in lubbock has 13 trucks and only able to operate one truck, also because of insurance rates, rising cost.he even told about friends who operate in dallas are barely surviving,i'm not sure what the problem is in dallas, but i guess its just texas in general.txdot has very strict policies when it comes to tow trucks.
