After many bad experiences with online camera stores, I finally found a good one. TheNerds.net
Their prices were slightly higher than the low-ball sites, but the low-ball sites didn't have the camera I wanted (and if they did, it's likely brown market).
TheNerds price was still very good, and the price on the accessories were even better. (the low-ball sites gaffed you on accessories)
They shipped the SAME DAY, and had the memory card and case that I wanted as well. No-one else had all three items.
