OK, I have had it!
Ordered a new truck back in the middle of January and was told delivery would be End of March or 1st of April.
My delivery date has been pushed back week after week and I am feed up with all the excuses.
Where have you purchased your newest carrier from and was it a good experience or a bad one.  Did they live up to what they told you about delivery and service etc..
I now have a 00 4700 IH and it sucks, so does the dealer here so kinda want to stay away from IH.
I am looking for a 05 ? with a 21' Jerr-Dan all steel preferred, but willing to listen to other ideas.  And not even willing to look at any Automatic Transmission options. :cryin:  :headbang:

How far are you willing to travel?Check out Tow Tech in Bath,NB.They deal mostly with NRC Flatbeds, their website is www.towtech.com ,or Atlantic Towing Equipment in Summerside,PEI,they deal with Jerr-Dan wreckers and decks their number is (902)436-7820,they also have a toll free number, but I can`t find at the moment.
The Wa. JD dealer is Northwest Equipment

If they arent gettin it done try Santiam enterprises   Tell em Gale sent ya.

I can vouch for Northwest Equipment (above). They're a great company. Ask for Brian.  :thumb:
Brian is top notch, I just assumed since Jhook was in Wa. that is who he was dealing with already.
Zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips zips. thye cost a prettty penny but your truck will shyt on others when you puull up next to them .thye do top notch custom work and build awesome equipment.i have not bought there but 3 close friends ahve and their trucks are just bad ash.
Gale & Bill,
Yes, Northwest is supposed to install the deck, if and when the truck ever gets there.
Salesman @ Sterling called me yestereday and said the facotry would have done by the end of this week and then leave Monday for Tacoma from St Thomas, Ont., about a 3 day trip for transport and then about 10 days in Tacoma for deck install, sure would love them to step it up if they could (any of you that would like to set a fire under they butts-I would buy a steak dinner for)  hehe, and yes I talked with Brian earlier this week, he is far better than Marshal @ Northwest (whom I have talked with)  (and will never return calls about pricing and/or adding some accessories prices onto the purchase order).
If they fall short again, I will be talking with Brian and possibly Idaho Wrecker sales, I like that side puller they have, sure would make everything easier, when dispatch can't or won't tell you the situation at a scene.
Oh so frustrated with this new purchase and delays...... :thud:
