I finally told aaa to stick it. I have known that they were costing me money for some time but i had to stay until i paid off my truck. I financed a tow truck through aaa and apperarently if you dump aaa before your lease is over the whole thing becomes due so im finally paid off and i dont do aaa anymore!!! :happydance:  :happydance: Life is good! :bounce:  :bounce:
Aren't you glad to free at last. Now you can make real money. :drivin:
I have heard that as well; If you have used the special AAA finance or lease offers for your tow trucks or cars, and your vendor relationship with AAA is terminated, the full remaining balance of your lease(s) or loan(s) becomes payable in full.

If you participate in the AAA health care plans, they go away as well...

{{{ FISH ON! }}} :poke:

Yeah how amazing is that.....Makes me wonder if there financing is actually financed by AAA.  It is super easy to get that financing since they take it out of your checks directly.

I don't remember anything about having the note paid off if your no longer a contractor.  I will have to take a look at my paper work.

Kinda sneaky huh?

Oh and the health insurance...........It is great if you have no other option, but the coverage isn't that great if you ask me.  And i do know that it does terminate the same month your contract terminates.

CAN YOU SAY CONTROL ISSUES!!!!!! :boo:

Towlady

interesting....HOW easy is it to geet a truck financed throughh them? hmm....maybe thats another benefit for someone or evil way to lure someone into working for them for a 18$ tire change on a freakin stow and go seating mini van with the hot as heck exhaust pipe in between you and the spare tire? (when youre onthe shoulder of a busy highway or at 4am....) whoe ngineered them things anyhow>
BUT!!!! MOST IMPORTANT!!! CONGRATS!!!!!
