New enhancements include:
Automatic VIN Decoding - put in the VIN number and
atuomatically decode the year, make, model and body style of the vehicle being serviced. Ideal for Lot Management and Auto-Club VIN requirements.
Mapping Integration - Enter an address and auto-calculate enroute mileage, loaded mileage, total mileage, closest available resource, route planning, and of course graphical map views of the location and destination addresses. Be able to quote customers on the exact price of call quickly and easily with both enroute and loaded mileage calculations. Be able to easily supply drivers with quickest or shortest directions to calls.
GPS Integration - Integrated with @Road, Nextel and GPS Pursuit, InTow Manager allows you to do exact locations of vehicles based on Equipment type (flatbeds, light duty, heavy duty etc...) and see what status that equipment is in. (enroute, onscene, intow, arrived, clear) A fantastic tool for logistics management and reducing mileage and maintenance costs. Plot all your exact truck locations on the mapping module mentioned above and dispatch the most appropriate vehicle to the next call based on status and equipment type.
Two-Way Text Messaging - Drivers can now receive text messages from dispatch with all the details of a call including Customer, Locations, Destination, Comments, Owner Name /Phone# and Services required for the call right to there cell phone, pager or two-way truck mouted terminal. Drivers can then auto-update the dispatch office with OnScene, InTow, Arrived and Cleared status and times by simply responding with a single letter to the message sent. (E-Enroute, O-Onscene, I-Intow, A-Arrived, C-Cleared)...very easy for drivers and let's your dispathers deal more with customers instead of drivers...:)
In additon we added a number of new features such as truck and customer profitability views and reports, easily view calls that have not been priced in a color coded list view, manage driver on-duty, off-duty, and on-call status, and much more...

Does your software produce the state specific forms that we are required to use here in Washington?

If you supply me the state specific forms, we can incorporate them. We use a product called Crystal Reports, so adding reports is very easy...can you fax or e-mail the reports you require and I can get them done.

I've down loaded the demo I think it's the best towing program on the market. Easy to use aswell.
