we have recently purchased the tow tracker program and are experiencing problems with using the paging system, impound forms, finding ways to print reports such as completed calls, driver's response times and so on..also having a hard time assigning codes to invoices for different shops and clubs...is anyone out there fluent on this program and can possilbly help us figure out some of these areas.
