I'm probably all excited about something that's been around a while. 
But we're a small shop and I've started using gotomypc and I love it. 
It lets you access a computer from any other computer. So instead of having to be at the shop all the time I can access my shop computer from home to do billing and invoices and any other program that is on my shop computer. Print them out and when I go into the shop I just do the filing. It's free for a month and then 20 bucks a month after that. So far I can't say enough good things about it. Been using it for about three weeks now. Seems real secure. Check it out if ya want. GoToMyPC
