i have 99 4700 international rollback 545 tranny automatic the pto no works we try the power we try the selenoid we try oil everthying i dont know what happend with my pto
maybe some body have experience can help me the pto is electronic

Is your PTO mounted under the hood on the engine, or is it mounted on the side of your transmission?
If there's a solenoid then it's probably mounted to the trans. Assuming that is the case........
First confirm that you are getting @ 12 volts AT the solenoid.
If you are getting good voltage, I would still run a jumper wire direct from the battery to the solenoid to double check.
If there is still no operation, remove the PTO and see if it operates by hand. If it does, then the solenoid is likely at fault and should be replaced. There should be a manual engagement kit (conventional cable) that you could replace the fancy electronics with.
my 00 IHC was converted to a cable pull and worked well! Thats what I would do if the pumps ok.
