Ok, Just curious.  Where does everyone like to go on vacation and what are some of the hot spots to see.

I personally love going to Cozumel, Mexico.  Fun in the sun and good snorkeling.  You can also go to Play De Carmen and go have a few drinks and a laugh or too at Senior Frogs right off the ferry.  The beaches are so pretty.

If I was going to Mexico, I'd go to Cancun... they have a Walmart!

Ok... seriously, if I tell you my favorite place in Mexico everyone will go there and it'll suck next time I go. Alright, I guess I'm giving the board credit for more traffic then we actually get. :grin:

My favorite place is Puerto Morales. It's a tiny little town south of Cancun but before Playa del Carmen. It's got a beautiful reef to dive just of shore and the ruins are not far away.

It's just big enough to have a few restaurants, a store, and some hotels. It's still a sleepy little town. :alien:

Actually, I prefer to go places I've never been before. Usually in the U.S. Texas is my new favorite place. :thumb:

DOES IT HAVE A WET BAR IN THE ROOM?

Well of course! You know how I love to spend $6 on a bottle of water.... NOT! I actually only use the wet bar as an indication of the quality of the room.

Last time I used a bottle of liquor from the wet bar it cost me $75.  :boo:

So Mexico your favorite place to vacation?
So far.  Ask me when I get back from Hawaii in July or Australia next year.  But right now...Mexico works for me :)

Mine is pretty simple, I aim for the closest fishing hole. Last year I spent 8 days fishing Rufus Woods, came away with 16 rainbows, biggest was 14lb.

Just to add a little to it, my brother and I went to Rufus this past weekend, didn't do so well but I did catch one rainbow of about 5lbs. Already ate half of him, having the other half for lunch today. Cooked it on the grill last night, got it laying on a bed of fluffy rice with some lemon dill sauce, dang i want it now! :rasp:

I like mine pan fried in some corn meal.
