We just recently had someone sign-up here at ITOW Talk, and immediately begin emailing our members solely to advertise their Website.
This is a violation of the rules here at ITOW and this person has been banned.
In case your unfamiliar with our email system, for your protection, your email address is never reveled to others. People wishing to send email must click the "send email" button and send their email through our system.
This is quite a tedious task but apparently some are up to the challenge. We have made the member list viewable only to members to make this type of abuse a little harder.
I apologize to everyone who received this email and appreciate your understanding. 
A late followup to the recent email abuse:
The offending member was re-instated after 2-days because we modified the board to allow us to disable someones email privileges.
