Got a call for a loaded trailer thru a fence blocking the side.. Turns out.. This loaded trailer loaded with can goods was hung up on a berm, partially on the street & side walk.. tangled up in chain link fence... Guess after they hung it up the unhooked and left... Oh!.. The ripped off the left trailer leg also....
