Every week I do a Clen Sweep with my Norton and I have to log in to this site again.
Why is it when I'm logged out I see the Chat Forum in the top left, yet once I log in it is nowhere to be found?
for some reason Norton thinks it's a temp password and deletes it, but when logged in you sould show the chat on the top right, it should be Search, Members, Chat, Help in that order. 
I also see it in that order.
When I'm NOT logged in.

That weird! I've gone over the code and can see no reason why it would not appear. What skin are you using?
Yep! Thats it Steve. The chat window and chat icon were designed to match the default skin and have not been added to the "pro" skin. 
You'll find that there are several features, some more appearent than other, that are missing from the "pro" skin.
We simply have not have the time or effert to put into this skin.
We are slowly correcting this.

I've added the chat feature to the "pro" skin. After "The Game" I will work on adding the "members in chat" information to the main board. 
Oh! BTW: The logging-in issue is because Cleansweep deletes all of your cookies.

I have customized my browser (ie6) to only allow cookies from the sites that I want them from (like ITOW), I have also completely disabled third party cookies which are purely for serving ads. With this configuration, I rarely have to dump my cookies, because I have very few.
