an albuquerque man gets three years for killing a man he was repossessing a car from,the repo man was in a tow truck and instead of calling police for back up on the repo incident he ran over the victim with the truck and vehicle in tow,and because they pleaded down the manslaughter charges he only gonna get a measely 3 friggin years. 
it really pi$$es you off when it involves a tow truck driver,but this is the only details on this story besides after he gets out he gets his d.l. back and his job with the company. this story took place in 2003 and just barely went to court 3days ago.
