You know its drivers like that gives towing a bad reputation,sounds excessive speed and control.the bad part about it he kept going,i'm always aware of my surroundings,cause you never know whats gonna pop up or out while driving,i worked with this one driver who used to fiddle with radio stations,we finally pulled the radio out after he hit a parked car at 50 mph.i've had close calls where i was pulling up to an accident scene and a car would pull out in front of me trying to get past the accident.thats why you can't stress safety enough to keep this situation from happening.its a sad story has there been anymore on this story. 
I see where the driver turned himself in to law enforcement,thank god for that.
