I was wondering how you pay your drivers?
Commission only?
Salary?
Both?
It seems to me that drivers don't make very much money and work VERY long hours. I have done the math and it's less then min. wage some days! There has to be more to this job and overworking and getting underpaid! McD's pays more! 
We have some drivers that are commission only, and some that are both hourly and commission. It depends on their duties. You do have to be careful that commission-only employees make minimum wage or better.
With very strict laws controlling who we can hire here in Washington, we are in a very competitive market for drivers, so drivers here seem to make more that many other places.
