Have used and abused GoJacs for over two years. Never tried anything else.
use gojacks alot and replacement parts are always available.
Use my gojaks every day... love them..
And yes I have broke a few.Mostly due to my fault...
And the silly things we do in a hurry...
I have not seen the other brand...
I have had the same set of gojacks for five years. I use them everyday here at the beach. I have only broke one caster on a rock in the parking lot. They have been one of my most proffitable investments. SAF
the OTC rollers We bought after seeing this post are okay but I think I should have spent the extra money on Go Jacks...they wont work on 16" and everything has 16" plus now..also I am having a problem with them not working sometimes if my bed is tipped (which is when I need them to work)some weird trapped air issue. I am going to cut it apart and spread 2 of my 4 so they work on larger tires(rated at 1500Lbs each) I think I have under 500.00 into 4 of them and shipped up to Alaska.
yes i eneded up buying them also and have had the same problem with the air in one of them, lucky it hasent happened in the field yet but im dreading that day, i used them tonight no prob and also yes they wont work on the larger wheels......so id have to say id go with the gojacks next time around, they seem like a more simple design with less to go wrong and after reading all these post its confirmed
on the good side though they do roll real easy even over rough black top and look nice
The only time i have ever seen a gojak break is when they arent kept up as long as u keep them greased and dont overly abuse them they are the best choice.
